EXCHANGE & RETURN

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sales at regular price are exchange only. All sales on custom and discount items are final – no exchanges or returns.
Should you have any changes to your order, please send a change request via our contact form. Changes can only be made if your request is sent and answered before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, unfortunately no changes can be made. Please make sure to include your name and order number with your request.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date upon authorization. All return requests must be made via our contact form and require a return authorization number prior to returning. Please include the reason for your exchange.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Natural Icon Designs reserves the right to refuse return of items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form. Please include your online order number and full name in the subject line of email.
All items are made in Canada.

For all repair inquiries, please contact us. Provided that you have properly cared for your product, reasonable repairs that are necessary at no fault of the customer will be made free of charge on items for up to 1 month after purchase. Certain fees apply for all other repairs. Natural Icon Designs reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
