Please read the following policies carefully before completing your order

Your use of the Lucky Small Things website constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below, with any other terms and conditions stated herein, and with any applicable laws. Please read them carefully. If you do not intend to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use, do not access or use this site.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

ORDER STATUS

Upon approval of your payment, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. When your order is ready to be delivered, you will also get a confirmation of shipment with the tracking number of your package, if applicable. Each order will be shipped within 1 week of the date of order.


EXCHANGE & RETURN / ORDER CHANGE POLICIES

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sales at regular price are exchange only. All sales on custom and discount items are final – no exchanges or returns.
Should you have any changes to your order, please send a change request via our contact form. Changes can only be made if your request is sent and answered before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, unfortunately no changes can be made. Please make sure to include your name and order number with your request.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date upon authorization. All return requests must be made via our contact form and require a return authorization number prior to returning. Please include the reason for your exchange.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Natural Icon Designs reserves the right to refuse return of items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form. Please include your online order number and full name in the subject line of email.
All items are handmade in Canada.

For all repair inquiries, please contact us. Provided that you have properly cared for your product, reasonable repairs that are necessary at no fault of the customer will be made free of charge on items for up to 1 month after purchase. Certain fees apply for all other repairs. Lucky Small Things reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.


SOLD OUT ITEMS

Although we make every effort to update availability of items listed on our website regularly, we do sell out of certain items occasionally. If we are out of stock on an item you have purchased, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be adjusted in your order total and you will be refunded in the same method of your original payment.
Items are only held for you once you place an actual order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. Please note that an item may sell out before you proceed to checkout.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

All transactions at Lucky Small Things go through Squarespace and the Stripe payment system. Lucky Small Things does not have direct access to or store your credit card information at any time.
Orders shipping to a Canadian address will be charged the applicable taxes based on the province where item is shipped. For example, in Quebec the added taxes are the QST (Québec Sales Tax) and GST (Goods & Services Tax). Orders sent to the U.S. are not taxed. However for American clients: We are not responsible for any charges and import duties that may apply once your order has reached customs.


SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders shipping to Canada and the United States are sent via Canada Post and can be traced with a tracking number. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), excluding holidays. Orders that are prepared and ready to be expedited on weekend days, holidays and outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as special sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary from 3 to 4 weeks due to the “handmade-to-order” nature of the items. Lucky Small Things cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping.
Lucky Small Things holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays (due to holiday backup, etc.).
